Welcome to Rafter Camp. By accessing our website, booking our services, or participating in our activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability.
Advance payment or token amount may be required to confirm your rafting, camping, or adventure package.
Full payment must be completed before the activity or check-in date (as applicable).
Prices may change due to seasonal demand, group size, or activity type.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-initiated cancellations:

48+ hours before activity/check-in: Eligible for partial refund or rescheduling.
Less than 48 hours: No refund. Rescheduling depends on availability.
No-show or late arrival: No refund.

Weather or safety cancellations:

If activities are cancelled due to weather, natural conditions, or government restrictions:

We will offer rescheduling or partial refund, depending on the situation.

3. Safety Rules & Participation

All participants must follow safety instructions given by rafting guides, camp staff, or instructors.
Wearing life jackets, helmets, and safety gear is mandatory during rafting and adventure sports.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate.
Children, senior citizens, or individuals with medical conditions should consult our team before booking.
Rafter Camp is not responsible for injuries caused due to negligence or ignoring instructions.

4. Health & Fitness Requirements

Guests should be physically fit for rafting, trekking, or adventure activities.
Disclose any medical conditions such as heart issues, asthma, or recent surgeries before booking.
Pregnant women are not allowed to join rafting activities.

5. Check-in & Check-out (For Camps & Stays)

Standard check-in time: 11:00 AM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM (or as discussed)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
Damage to property, tents, cottages, or equipment will be charged to the guest.

6. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own valuables.
Rafter Camp is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

7. Use of Photos & Media

By participating in activities or staying at our campsite, you allow Rafter Camp to use photos or videos of your visit for promotional purposes unless you notify us in advance.

8. Changes to Itinerary

Activity timings, routes, and schedules may change due to weather, river conditions, or local regulations.
Our team may modify or cancel plans to ensure customer safety.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Rafter Camp takes all safety measures, but participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks.
By booking or joining our services, you agree that Rafter Camp and its staff are not responsible for accidental injuries, delays, or unforeseen incidents.

10. Payment Terms

Payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, cash, or online payment links.
All taxes and charges applicable under government laws will be added to the final billing amount.

11. Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Rishikesh / Dehradun courts, Uttarakhand, India.
